First Floor - Reception desk
On the first floor of the General Library, users can find the reception desk. Here users have a number of services at their disposal such as: the obtaining of a magnetic card in order to take photocopies, the requesting of a library user card, borrow documents or returning documents loaned from the library, obtaining of information about the different services offered by the library.
The General library possesses various bibliographical reference research zones equipped with computers terminals, which grant the users access to the Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) and to a number of online databases.
The library is equipped with a security system to avoid the theft of its documents
Suggestions and claims may be deposited in the suggestion and claims boxes located on the second and third floors of the General library.
