Audience:

UMinho students of the 1st year of the 1st cycle.
Students unfamiliar with UMinho libraries.
 

Goals:

To present and explain the functioning of UMinho libraries, main services and resources available, highlighting the organization of the documental collection, the loan service (requisition, renewal, reservation), searches in the bibliographic catalog, institutional repository and other useful services.

1 hour + visit to the library (optional)
 

Period:

Presentation recommended at the beginning of the school year.

a) Students of the first year of the 1st cycle: scheduling organized with the Course Directors at the beginning of the academic year.
