New online booking service

From September 2, the UMinho General Library (BGUM) and the UMinho Library at the Azurém Campus (BPG) will offer a new online booking service for group study rooms (BGUM and BPG), individual study/reading carrels (BGUM) and multimedia studio and lab (BPG).

The use of these spaces must always be preceded by an online booking.

To start using the online booking system, at the first login you will need to request a new password.

Be aware that the minimum time slot for a reservation is 30 minutes, therefore, when making a reservation, make sure of the intended start and end time.

Each booking has a maximum duration of 3 hours for group study rooms, studio and multimedia lab and 4 hours for individual carrels.

To use the reserved space, you must check-in at the scheduled time. If check-in is not made within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
