The UMinho General Library (BGUM) and the UMinho Library at the Azurém Campus (BPG) offers, respectively, 7 and 11 group study rooms, per requisition.

• The online booking of a group study room requires that the user has a valid registration at the UMinho libraries.
• The group study room can be requested by a minimum of 3 people and a maximum of 6 or 8 people.
• Each user can hold up to 3 active bookings simultaneously for a period of 1 month.
• The request is provided for a period of 3 hours (or up to 30 minutes before the closing time of the library).
• Check-in must be made at the scheduled time or within 15 minutes.
• Users are responsible for the equipment available in rooms during the requisition period.
