On-demand training
In addition to the planned training offer, the Documentation and Libraries Service is available to carry out other training sessions, at the most convenient times and places, upon prior request.
Requests may be sent at any time during the academic year and by any UMinho member (individual or unit), provided that the minimum number of participants is 8 and at least 1 week in advance. The months October and November are mainly dedicated to actions to host the new students of the university, reason why the availability of USDB in this period will be more conditioned.
Requests should be sent to the email address formacao@usdb.uminho.pt, with the name of the intended program, name and number of the participants, date(s), time and place. By request and upon availability of the library, the session may take place in the training room of the General Library on the Gualtar campus or at the UMinho Library on the Azurém campus.
